Agree gt7 would be cool but forza is so addicting for me personally gt7 is boring i feel like this is even funner. Ngl gt7 is still great
- isn't on PC at all
- the physics are significantly less detailed. More like in FH4&5
This game has been made to appeal for as wide an audience as possible and it will succeed at that. There is no competition. Even in the current early state.
Simply put, I disagree with pretty much everything you said.
Plus your Steam level is 0. I agree with you that this game is for controllers. That's one of the reasons why the physics probably suck.
In AC, if I set AI to above 90% I get close door to door racing from each car all up and down the grid. Like cmon guys if games are this easy, Id rather turn on all assists and game journo mode while snoring through the game.
But if multiplayer is good then Id consider this game. Cus otherwise, the only other option is iRacing but thats a money sinkhole for your retirement funds & Im nowhere near the age yet.
it is a good system that justifies the medium range upgrades that always existed in forza for years and destroys "Meta" builds like in Horizon 5, given how you gotta earn the upgrades, and not dump cash to build engine swaped monsters or Meta builds for specific 700/800/900 Performance index (like it is with Horizon 5 atm), that feels all the same and call it a day.
given how you can build races the way you want, and say specifically you want X types of car within a maximum range of 50 PI points, which imo is a nice way to control those issues.
but no doubt casuals will look at this and say: "GiMmE wAy tO SkIp It". Turn 10 better not give a way to skip it, and especially not do what they did with FM7 with MTXs.
