Solution to poor performance

Essentially, selecting a higher Dynamic Render quality setting that is higher than your monitors resolution majorly screws with performance.

The Dynamic Render quality scales like this

Ultra = 4k

High = 1440p

Medium =1080p

Low = 720p

I have a 1080p 144hz Freesync display, along with a RX 6600XT. Switching to Medium Dynamic Render Quality in my settings then cranking the settings to maxx smooths the entire experience out, as well as look much better at around 90 FPS. There are still issues with AA and LOD, but I don't think we will see fixes for these until a driver update near or on the official release date.
