PC Crash Troubleshooting
There are a few quick checks that commonly solve issues either launching your game on PC or random crashes, if these steps do not work or you have already tried them then there are more troubleshooting tips available in our Forza Support guide for PC Crashes[aka.ms].

As well as this we encourage you to contact one of our support experts for one-to-one assistance[aka.ms].

Minimum System Requirements
  1. Confirm your PC build is capable of running the game.
  2. See: Forza Motorsport PC Specs[aka.ms]
  3. If you have an onboard graphics processor, be sure to prioritize PCI-E > PCI > Int.Graphics/Int.GPU in BIOS.
  4. Run MemTest to rule out any RAM related issues
Administrator Account
  1. Log in to Windows 10/11 with a local Administrator Account and launch the game as an Administrator.
  2. Also attempt to launch the game as an Administrator through the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.
  3. Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support[support.microsoft.com]
If you are still experiencing issues after following the steps above, please submit a ticket with Forza Support[aka.ms].

what about infinite loading screen glitch??
Ok, but what if the game works for me in offline, but i can't connect to even play a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ carrer mode because you decided to make it online only? Xbox game services update doesn't help at all
On one of my computers I got this problem with infinite splash screen. I solved problem by looking in services.msc I got turned off service for logging in Microsoft accounts. When I turned it on everything is fine now.
amd driver is crashing while playing.
7800 x3d 7900xtx latest driver win11.
amd driver is crashing after every race both on beta driver and latest driver
i9-990 7900xt win11.
I hope this isn't seen as spamming, but I'll repost what worked for me here:

Ok, so after about 13-14 hours of problem solving I managed to find a fix for the endless loading on my computer. Your milage may vary and I have to warn that it might pose some security issues, so use it at your own risk. That being said, here's what I did:

1. Go to the search bar next to the Windows button at the bottom left and type in: lusrmgr.msc
2. Go to the "Users"-folder
3. Right click on "Administrator" and choose "Properties"
4. In the "General"-tab, untick the option "Account is disabled"
5. Click "Apply" and then click "OK"
6. Right click on ""DefaultAccount and choose "Properties"
7. In the "General"-tab, untick the option "Account is disabled"
8. Click "Apply" and then click "OK"
9. Go to "File" and click "Exit" (or just close the window)
10. Restart the computer
11. If everything worked correctly you should now be able to log in to the "Administrator" account. It might be the default option, or it might turn up in the right hand corner when you're prompted to enter the password for your own account. What it looks like might vary, but hopefully it's available as an option somewhere for you. Once you login with the "Administrator" account you'll go through some setup options for Windows 10, such as whether to share data and such. Choose your preferences and wait for the process to complete.
12. Now, run Steam and log in to your regular Steam account. The game will have to compile shaders etc, but eventually (give it a minute or two!) it presents you with the choice to login to your Microsoft/XBOX-account and load up the game! As it is a seperate window, and you likely are running the game in fullscreen mode, you might have to tab out of the game window and put in your user name and password before going back into the game. I ran the game in windowed mode and didn't have that issue, it popped up over the game window.

I really, really hope it works for you, and if it does: please share the information. And if you need a video guide for the process of at least activating these accounts you can go to Youtube and search for: "The secret Windows Super Admin account", it should be made by a user named "ThioJoe".

Now, after almost 14 hours I'm off to the races! =)
Everytime i launch the game, Windows 11 crash with a Kernel Security check failure.

Setting Raytracing quality to off in the advanced graphics settings seems to have resolved my crashing issues.

Everytime i launch the game, Windows 11 crash with a Kernel Security check failure.

I am also getting this but when I exit the game. Its blue screening my pc!
getting very low fps, i tried all the graphical settings still horribly low
Gigabyte 4070ti, Intel i5 12600K and 32 Gb Ram
The primary problem with the performance issues is that the game forces V-sync on and V-sync is currently bugged. Even if you try to turn off V-sync, it forces itself back on when you go Full Screen. Just force off V-sync in the GPU control panel and the game runs fine.
I've got well over 20 hours now and enjoyed every second of it without any major performance issues. Game still needs optimization but there is no frame tearing, at least none noticeable while driving.

I'm running with this:
i9-12900k / 3090ti with latest drivers as of today / 32GB DDR5-5200 / Win10x64 / Gen 4 NVMe SSD

3440x1440
full ray tracing enabled but set to high, cube maps on ultra, all car related settings at ultra and everything else at high but motion blur off
I can't tell if DLSS works though, I have it at the max settings but sometimes I randomly check the settings and notice DLSS disappeared from the menu and FSR is there so I put it on Ultra and it runs fine as well but then I go take a bathroom break and come back and FSR is gone but DLSS is back. No clue what that's about, a bug needing fixing.
I average about 90-100 FPS even in rain at night time with 24 cars on track

TL/DR - force off V-sync in control panel and game runs perfectly fine
