Terrible Performance, Stutters, Blurry Images RTX 4090 + 13900KS
As expected this is horrible, i tried to do my best and even on High settings i get stutters and horrible blurr and reflections bug inside the cockpit running at night, it gets worse if i touch the FOV of the driver camera

Feels like the issue is rather on your end:

Since for others and me aswell, with similar specs, the game runs very smooth.

Yea I have no issues at all im running a I7 13700KF and a 4060ti. It does look a little blurry tho at times depending on the lighting not sure why.

Game doesnt' run properly for me on my 3080Ti. I decided to install it on my other machine which has a 2070S. Its running perfectly with zero stutters during the benchmark...

both machines are up to date and have the same windows/nvidia settings. so I think there is just something funky they need to sort out for us.

at least be grateful and thankful that you've privileged enough to have a true BEAST of a PC, ungrateful spoiled pos

I've had zero issues with a 4090 and 7800X3D. Averaging over 90fps in the benchmark and in most races over 100fps at native 4K max settings with RT enabled.

My 4090 and 13900kf are running this just fine on ultra + dlss. So I don't think its a universal issue.

in the past there were issues with xbox overlays and or steam overlay. would disable both. would suggest to check the options in both tools

well i see that for some reason my in-game settings are not always stored, i'm now checking and it's ok still i can see many bugs like the blurry images, raytracing false showds a lot etc, mostly like low resolution textures, using DLAA now and looks so much better

why you get so low FPS? i'm on DLAA at 120+ 3840x1600

Take a look on the new Digital foundry youtube video Alex explains it well, why you should restart your game after every settings change or at least some of them and why going for auto settings is a bad idea.

I have a 4090 and so far with a mix of high and ultra settings I'm benchmarking at 63fps in game, and during play I get quick dips into the low 50s regularly. The frame rate seems to fluctuate a lot, and I have found I get slight better fps with all DLSS options off. With any DLSS option ( performance all the way to quality) I benchmark at 61fps. Its definitely got some stutters to it, and something seems broken somewhere.

4090 + 10850k here and it's quite blurry for me as well. DLSS AA and everything ULTRA. 72FPS in benchmark at 5120x1440p.

V-sync is locking my 144hz monitor to 72fps, but it's incredibly smooth and stable, so I'm happy enough with that.

blurry is kinda the word but you see the cars decals and are low res and also while racing it does that superfast loading textures but using DLAA looks very nice, i'm surprised that i have no difference at all with DLSS Quality, in FH5 i use only DLAA and looks awesome, well seems is the way to go. I also changed DLSS version to 3.5 (game uses 3.1.1) but FPS are less and it's all the same.
