probably an issue with the Xbox services on your PC not updating. They can get stuck trying to update sometimes. I believe Turn10 has steps to try in one of the pinned topics. I think the topic they have is about them not being installed at all but similar issues can happen when they don't update. If what they suggest doesn't help, there's a powershell script you can find online that'll force uninstall and reinstall Windows services

Sorry to hear this. We have advice and troubleshooting steps to help with connection issues that I'm going to leave a link to below. If none of those work then I'd recommend setting a ticket up on the same page (at the bottom) for one-to-one advice.

What did you do to the firewall? I've tried turning it on and off. And also deleting rules from there and accepting them again

The game says:

1. Contacting Xbox network.
2. Not connected - Reason: failed to download content. Try again or Go Offline
3. If I try again - I received Not connected again.
3. If I try Go offline, main menu loaded, says that I am Online and profile restart is needed.
4. I got Not connected again...

Only offline / free mode is working. Even unable to save graphics settings because of that online profile thing stuff.

I simply set a new rule IP4 protocol to on/off from my antivirus program and added it. then it went.

You know, T10 could have just had the problem solve itself by not locking 80% of this full priced game behind a server connection. Just one man's observation...
