I have played Forza Motorsport since the very first game and I can't remember a time when 20 tracks where released on day 1 but I could be wrong.
(Off the top of my head though: Motorsport 1 I remember had 15 environments, Motorsport 2 had 18 and I remember Motorsport 4 had 17, can't remember the others but yeah 20 is pretty dang good imo, especially with it being a new engine and them redone from ground up).
There are also multiple versions of each track (Full, part of the track,etc..)
Motorsport is also Aracde, what do you mean?
The only game that might do what you're looking for is Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown but that's not out yet
It's Simcade to be exact, Motorsport was created as a rival to Gran Turismo. This latest version of Motorsport plays great on a wheel from the reviews I've seen, and much better than Horizon 5 does on a wheel due to much inproved force feedback.
