only 20 "official" tracks is a mistake
I'm mostly not interested in racing in some streamlined "boring" tracks, that we've also already seen in all other racing games.
We need some additional 10-20 "casual routes" maybe even from real life, in some exotic locations - just sections of road that's usually used by normal traverse.
I think this has been the biggest issue with the game, its tracks are always the same, boring and streamlined. Forza Horizon is not an alternative, its physics are not fun and even the tracks are too weird. With this choice, devs just make the game much less attractive to a huge number of players, that would otherwise want to play it.

dude... did you somehow confuse motorsports with horizon? those features you want are in horizon, it's open world and even has hotwheels tracks for fun, meanwhile the races are overland around mexico for the current game. motorsports has ALWAYS been a track with only a few street races.

No, as stated already Horizon has not fun physics at all, it's an arcade game. People want exotic and real life locations with real physics (Horizon doesn't even have realistic or very fun locations).

not realistic... they're actual locations in mexico... clearly forza is not a brand for you.

20 tracks is ALOT, especially since they are all re-done from scratch with new scans of the levels. Also maps are going to be added for free over the years (First one is in Oct or Nov can't remember and early next year Neuberg, sorry for the spelling).

I have played Forza Motorsport since the very first game and I can't remember a time when 20 tracks where released on day 1 but I could be wrong.

(Off the top of my head though: Motorsport 1 I remember had 15 environments, Motorsport 2 had 18 and I remember Motorsport 4 had 17, can't remember the others but yeah 20 is pretty dang good imo, especially with it being a new engine and them redone from ground up).

There are also multiple versions of each track (Full, part of the track,etc..)

Motorsport is also Aracde, what do you mean?

What you're asking for will never appear in a Motorsport title. This is 100% a track based racer, like Gran Turismo.

The only game that might do what you're looking for is Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown but that's not out yet

It's Simcade to be exact, Motorsport was created as a rival to Gran Turismo. This latest version of Motorsport plays great on a wheel from the reviews I've seen, and much better than Horizon 5 does on a wheel due to much inproved force feedback.

Like the others are all saying, play Horizon. What you want is there. This is a Gran Turismo killer. It needs to be left alone and kept like it is. It's near perfection for us more realistic racing gamers, that prefer this sort of racing.

They are going to release more tracks in the future
