i think you missunderstood me i want to know if i can access all the content without the dlcs as its very unclear if the listed ones contain only faster access to stuff or actualy add new stuff.
How is 20 tracks and 500 cars low?

Ive looked into this quite a bit and dont believe its true, I couldnt find any quote saying theyll be added to the shop after the event runs out, only "you have up to 2 weeks after the event ends to get the car"
the question still remains wich dlc´s are actualy needed and wich not
hahaha lol they just added a new one too XD
its so crazy that the description of most of them like car pass and race day car pack is so freaking unclear
