Is VORPX worth trying for VR?

I tried vorp x (not with this game) and wasn't really impressed. It's more like slight 3d effect than VR. And it's buggy so its kinda 3d-ish but it doesn't really look right.

I've got a really nice monitor so unless it's decent VR I'd rather just stick with that. My brother used to use his PS4 VR on the older Grand Turismo back in the day, that didn't have proper VR support and had a huge screen in the HMD. I don't really wanna go to the trouble for that.

I have no idea if there is a profile for FH5. Is it something you can fiddle with yourself?

I haven't downloaded a cinema app but I seem to recall the Oculus app had something for that though I've never used it. I've got a Rift S which is getting on a bit. If FM8 supported VR I would probably have upgraded that, maybe get a Quest 3 or something.

I'm not really playing much at the moment, only really FM8. Escape From Tarkov and BAR.

I think I've been lucky with Forza I have an old system now apart from the GPU and it runs fine I have an Intel 5960X 4.6ghz with 32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX at 3200mhz, a founders 3080ti and I run it on a Sabrent M.2 drive. The screen is a Acer Predator 43" 4k @ 144hz.

The worst performance I get with this game is the cut scenes and at the end of a race just before going over the line weirdly.

Oh by the way BAR is Beyond All Reason, it's a new recreation of Total Annihilation/Supreme Commander. It's a bit of a masterpiece

Nope I'm in the UK, it was from Amazon. I actually built the computer in 2015 so I've had my money worth, I had a 980ti in it originally but that died.

I so far haven't had any bugs with the game that I have noticed other than lacklustre performance. I'm not sure though but I think the replays might be a bit iffy, the wheels like to lock up but don't smoke so I'm not sure if that's broken or not

You can't move for AAA companies cocking things up at the moment :/

The PC I built before this one was SLI but I since then decided to just go with a single good card due to not all games being able to use both cards and you would sometimes get micro stutters with SLI. I don't know if things are different these days.

My sister just moved to Australia. Wonderful place apart from the government, so same issue as most countries :D
