Accurate doze of running could be very efficient and save time and lives. Those "+4mp" or whatever in exchange of noise may not looks so great at first, but you definetely should try it if not yet)
also, when some noisy guard walking nearby hacked bugs, it's reveal footsteps markers for you (which could be useful information when it's not enough visual info but angry guards and irritated enforcers on hunt everywhere)
So the noise running makes is about 5 tiles around your agent?
