Multiplayer ?

Hello , i want to buy this game but i played only multiplayers games. So i have only one question : how is the multiplayers in this game ? lot of people plays it ? it's easy to find a party ?

You can play multiplayer regards if you find players or not. The spaces can be filled with bots if there are not enough players. Bots can be harder than real players tbh. But yes we have servers that you ajdust to your position for ping. Enter a loby and wait for players or fill with bots to play with until someone joins your loby (you can exit the loby if youre in mid race to play with the player who joined the race). And check the "Blow up the devs?" topic when im on and play with you guys. :)

Can only the player join a DLC-Server who have the DLC or does only the Server needs the DLC?

Yep you have to have DLC if youre joining our dedicated servers. Tho someone who has the DLCs can make a server and disable that the DLCs are needed so you can join and play DLC modes with having them.

Thank you. So i i have both DLC and my friend no DLC, i can disable the DLCs in the server-config and host a game & my friend now(because i have diabled the DLCs) can join my server?

Yes this is true. In dedicated server GUI launcher you have checkboxes for every released DLC. When you get server list from master server there is special column where you can see if server is hosted with or without DLCs (FMF and FMZ).

I do understand that some may perceive that as unfair but it's likely more fun for whomever bought it all to be able to play it as such with friends anyway.

All bonuses and cars will be available too? Kinda would had wanted to see how many is online now.

Can just base game player use DLC cars in a server hosted by someone why own the DLC content though?

I assume they can use the powerups at-least? =P

in the description of the game, it only says "singleplayer"...

I have not seen the "official" servers since about May (maybe a month or two earlier). It's a shame because we would like to play online, too.
I was about to ask to find what happened to them, but now it's listed as single player only, I guess that gives me my answer. :-(

There is a server or two still listed, but whether you can join them is questionable.

However, there is a way you can host a server yourself. But I am not in a position to do so at the moment.
