Ps: Love your Lizard Tongue.
They can't even successfully make people play THIS game for PC, what makes you think they could make ANOTHER game successful?
The game went silent for a while due to poor advertising. ..
Its being played a lot now.
Don't be retärded, only 33 different logins were recorded for August, and only 10 within the last 30 days. That's literally the definition of a "dead" game. http://steamcharts.com/app/243800
It's definitely not being "played a lot now"
Now if we're talking about us capable to make something successful or not, well GGE is pretty successful game, GGCC was our first combat/racing game, before GG we didn't know anything about racing games. We did FPS games, space simulations, strategies, etc.. but racing game and car physics in general were big challenge for us. If we take in consideration the budget, number of devs on the project, thing that we are unknown company, huge lack of marketing and the quality of the final product, yes game is successful.
The most other teams wouldn't be able to make decent cup of coffee with our resources and budget. GGE is currently the best thing you can find in combat racing genre, it offers more than any other racing game.
Success is more like what you think of it. Sure that we would prefer millions of players, mostly because we think game deserves it. Each year we exhibit GGE on Infogamer gaming expo and it has more players than any other exhibitor (and we talking about companies like Wargaming). Finally, our publisher has told us that GGE was actually third best selling product in their collection and that's nice, especially since combat racing is not that popular on PC.
So the final answer is, yes we can make successful games of any genre. After all we have doubled the team, GGE for XBOX is about to be released, PS4 version is almost finished, we are working on SCUM survival game and there are indications that GG 2 is on the way too. So just keep calm and stay tuned to our channel, we will continue to support GGE no matter if just 20-30 people are playing it each day. ;)
Do you have OFFICIAL source?
A source that also crawl every community profile even those that haven't been set or not public,
I don't need a more official source than steam charts lol, it's literally the one people use to see how many people logged into a game in a month...
You guys don't even have 50 players, this board is DEAD AF, and it's nearly impossible to get a multiplayer game going. That's literally the opposite of success.
Games have single-player too. People play them.
Also charts posted aren't official.
And it doesn't crawl steam entirely.
Sorry dude, but it seems that you didn't understand anything I wrote before, things are more complicated than just what charts show. What you say is just a tip of the iceberg (nothing to do with our publisher :) ). The best way to find out what is really going on is to become a game developer like we are. :)
These are my last words on this subject. Live long and prosper (and play GGE :))
Please close this thread has I didn't start it so people could fight amongst each other, thank you.

I'm amazed at your optimism, but agree to disagree. I still also play!
