I'm pretty sure it adds token slots, though I can't confirm.

I thought it meant your chrage attack charges quicker... I'm pretty sure your character is limited in tokens slots.

No your charge attacks charge faster. WiiU came with a manual :P

I'm with Sarge on this, I think it decreases your charge time. I use Peppermint Butler and I've upgraded my focus and he still only has one token slot so that debunks that theory.

It is really good for someone like Marceline. her charge attack freezes everything around her, while it isn't so good on Jake.

Nor for Peppermint butler, it's better to give him a strong sub-weapon like ice sword or cone-o-nine flavours than charge all the time..
