Bro they made a steam release and they are asking for it 22.5 bucks in America. They could at least try a little and get him back. They just ported a cut version of the game from 2010. If you think that such a poorly done job is worth paying this money, then good luck.

Here is the same publisher "Shiravune" selling the game "The Shell Part I: Inferno". Players have the opportunity to restore all 18+ content and, in addition to HD resolution, they also receive additional gameplay improvements and voice acting as a bonus. And they ask for it 20 bucks in America.

Just don’t justify this lazy release and impose your point of view that they couldn’t return the cut content in any way.

Open the site "VNDB" type in the name of the game "WHITE ALBUM" in the search and make sure that the content was in it. If you wish, you can even look at it if you search it well on the Internet.

I'm based on the description that this is "The classic visual novel from AQUAPLUS that launched one of Japan's most beloved franchises." I can easily conclude that we are talking about the very first version of the game from 2000 that launched this franchise.
Because the start of this classic franchise was 1998-05-01 and it contained 18+ content.

My man AQUAPLUS long ago abandoned 18+ market. Leaf, as a brand, has been dead for more than a decade. There is a reason why they didn't bring over the original version. It's out of Shiravune's hands. The remake, which this version is based on, released on PlayStation 3 and it never had h scenes in it.

Nothing prevented them from releasing "WHITE ALBUM 2" with 18+ content in 2010-2011.
Re-release the game "Tears to Tiara" with 18+ content in 2012.
Release "White Album 2 Extended Edition" with 18+ content in 2018.

I will absolutely not care if they decide to release part 3 of the game for the target audience of 8+. It will be their conscious decision.

But I do not want to give you an excuse for the laziness of the publisher and developer. They can try and make a patch for the game that will restore all the cut content and give players a choice of how they want to play the game. With or without a patch.

I want the opinion of this part of the community that is interested in this opportunity to be heard.

The patch is never happening because the remake is entirely different than original PC release (how do you even add in h scenes from original when the art is entirely different?). Re-releases don't count (also speaking of those re-releases, all of them have been pulled from DMM few years ago). They're only selling 18+ WA2, everything else is gone. Like I said, all of their newer games have been for consoles only. Don't expect 18+ content from Aquaplus anymore. There's no point in arguing with you since you don't and won't try to understand.

Did I understand you correctly that the developers are so good that they were able to actually redo the entire game and try to sell us now, but at the same time they are so insignificant that they simply cannot restore / add a couple of scenes with a total duration of 20 minutes? Well, I don't know, maybe try to make a REMAKE of these scenes? If these unfortunate developers are so helpless, then they will try to drive them through the neural network, but the result may not be ideal, but it will already be at least something.

Are we now talking with you on the Playstation or Nintendo forum? They sell these games now on PC. They can make the patch optional and give us a choice! I don't understand why you defend people who don't even want to work a little and add these scenes at least with a patch and at the same time they have the audacity to ask for money for such lazy work.
