Settings resetting on start up

Anyone have a solution to settings being reset on start up? Graphics, audio and accessibility settings are reset.

Every time I start the game, I'm greeted with the Game Access Voice Guide even though I've turned it off. Graphic and sound settings are reset to default. What's going on here?

Thankfully my keybinds saved. Did you guys who have had keybinds reset, set them in game or while at the main menu? My settings saved when I added new skill hotkeys in game from last night even though I got the weird main menu intro settings

Save the content of AppData\Local\TL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

***FIXED*** Hey everyone, if you are playing on a different region, try changing your computers time and date settings to match the timezone your server is on and restart the game. It should auto load into your server with your character.

This is the post i used to fix my issues it was to do with the permissions. But amazon is also aware they have just release a message in discord knowing of the issue but this is what fixed it or me! Good luck i hope this helps

i FOUND THE FIX : GO TO YOUR STEAM APPS WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE THRONE AND LIBERTY FOLDER AND RIGHT CLIC -- PROPERTY -- UNCHECK READ ONLY AND THANK ME LATER

what kind of read only? there is no such thing under property.

go to your steamapps where the throne and liberty folder is , right clic the folder and properties , then you'll see "READ ONLY" checked , uncheck it

My settings save, but whenever I get dc'ed, I have to go through the Voice Narrator part again when starting the game and it defaults my settings, lol.

Im heading to bed so I wont be able to wait until I get disconnected to see, but inside GameUserSettings.ini in 'AppData\Local\TL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor' there's this statement 'bFinishedIntro=False' (near the bottom) that Ive changed to True in hopes of it letting me skip the voice narrator part.

Ive tried 'crashing' it with task manager without issues to my settings so far. Hopefully it works.

If you apps did not have rights to appdata, most of your apps would not work, this is the location where apps save their data when they need to create temp files. I think a game is considered a program and saves to programdata anyways or the steam dir
