Worldboss Chernobog, a joke?

Is that going to be final release state of it? No mechanics, AFK tank down and 1 ability to parry?
I know its a Worldboss but come on, that one is so heavily dumbstered down even 11 levels below it is not a challenge at all and its just super boring to AFK untill hes down and that drops a badge for epic item creation?

Like oof, that is a big downer, thought im gonna get wiped and get to see something about the later endgame, but no PvP, no boss mechanics and brain afk for a few minutes, that is it? -.-
