Fatal Crash
Played it last night, got some mods (MEgamod and a few others). Suddenly, the game refused to work "Fatal access violation has occurred in Runtime-steam-x64.dll" game cannot continue.
Uninstalled mods, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled game, still didn't work.
What now?

It's probably a broken mod. You need to delete the files in your Windata folder so go to:

C:> Program Files(x86) > Steam > SteamApps > Common > Banished Find the Windata folder.

Delete every single thing in that folder.

Open Steam -> Right+Click on Banished -> Local Files tab -> Click on "Verify Integrity of Game Files"

Wait for Steam to download the missing files.

ANY BROKEN MODS will, conveniently enough, not be re-downloaded. So no more conflicts. So if you have a mod that doesn't come back, that's what your problem was.

Now you can enjoy playing Banished! :steamhappy:

In case it's not a broken mod, it may be an old mod. When subscribing to mods, pay attention to the publication date in the workshop. Mods published before mid 2017 were made with the previous version of the toolkit, for previous version of the game and can cause issues.
