Notices - Yellow Circles - Not Showing

When you pause a building or stop it working, you get a yellow circle over it. Sometimes a pause symbol, sometimes a stop-sign symbol, sometimes a question mark.

Anyone know how to turn it back on or something? I need those yellow circles.

Once you've clicked on a building just slide the box off to the side and the influence circle will stay up.

That just keeps up the box for the building. It pins it to the screen.

What I want is; take the church for example. When its full, it has a yellow allow pointing up to a solid line. I want that to show over the building without me having to click the building. I can't get it to come back.

It's in the options menu.

Options > Game > Show status icons.
