Start game, it says resolution not supported

I have a 60" monitor running 1920x1080 resolution, when I start the game it says resolution not supported. I can hear the game running, but cant see anything. Is there a config file somewhere, where I can change the resolution so the game will start?

Fullscreen DX11 doesn't work for me it's DX9c fullscreen only or windowed mode DX11 which is a pain imo. When it is on black screen hold alt and hit enter it will force it in windowed and swap to DX9.

Alt+enter worked, then I just disabled full screen mode from the menu.
