Map Seeds!!!

I am on the hunt for a map that will allow me to fully experience a large population.

Help a guy out here!!

This is what I want..large, valley map, mild weather.

Here are some starters:

90640792 - Flat..too flat. No hills for mining anywhere near. C-
602783809 - Decent map.
080888 - Large map, valley.
222222 - Large map, valley
1 - Yep, plain old number one. Large map, valley. This map is AWESOME!!! HUGE flat area, with nearby hills for mining. By far the best map I have seen yet.
100100100 - Haven't tried this yet...I will report back.

If you do post a new seed, let us know what you like about it. Brutally difficult maps are fine, too!

Best maps i´ve seen so far

441156177:large-- Playing on this one right now. Lots of flat land, nice long rivers, a huge lake as well. Probably the best hills are just east of the start point. I call them the rockies, if you ever do use this seed you'll see why. Beautiful map :3

Starting Crops:
-Cabbage
-Wheat

Pros:
- Large open space just south of start location
- easy to start up large farming in first year (I had 10 7x7 plot farms completed)
- Good amount of wood, iron, and stone for the starting location to begin a small/medium sized town
- Close to main river
- just a short distance northwest of spawn, through a few trees

Cons:
- Loads of small mountains which limit build space (but provide mining opportunities)
- Not a large forest super close to spawn for forestry and herbalism

If you like fishing, look at 431903898. The only problem is there's a dark blue line in the river. I have loaded the map seed several times and the line is consistant. So, if you can get past that small imperfection, this would be a fisherman's paradise. Right on the main river. Unbelievable seed. Check it out.

I think the map 7 is very good. It starts you in a very flat resourceful area with a few mountains for mining and the main trade river is south of spawn. I got up to a population of 673 on this map.

it has a nice start out. a lot of rocks and iron. a big lake for fishing and trade. there's not a lot of room for farming unless you expand, so if you're a fan of fishing then you might like it.

Large - Valley
One of my best map I had. wide flat lands, few trees at starting point but it has bountiful of stones and iron very close by. You can start off with a hunting grounds instead of gatherers for the first year and follow it up by planting trees so mushrooms can grow.
I wanna continue the map, but I mismanage the food supply so i had to start over and get new maps.

Large - Valley
My current map. You start of in a huge flat island. You would never go wrong at the start with this map. The only thing you wound think about is how to cross the island next to river, and after that, you're done. Good map. I am currently at 60ish pop and doing fine.

This is my previews map before my current map. Cool map. You'll be starting at an isolated part of the lands, enclosed by the mountain but has a good fishing site. I had to restart to restructure and strategize my village layout, but I switched the numbers as you can see above., haha. Have fun playing

Are we sure these seeds are the same for everyone? Some of these that people really like didn't turn out the way that they were explained.

However, you must also use the same valley/mountain and size setting, or it won't be the same.

I used my birthday number and its actually a good map.

Im playing on a large map on medium settings, with mild climate. #23071974

It started me off in a smaller area but has large river and 2 huge lakes. Plenty of resources laying around and huge flat land masses divided up with mountains for mining. My current population is around 600 in season 120 and going strong.

You start off on the left side of the pic.
