What is Sorghum used for please?.

They can eat it, it counts as food. Or you can use it to produce flour.

It's a food crop in real life.

You can make flour. However, if using the Colonial Charter mod, flour isn't edible; it must be made into something by the bakery. If using Medieval Town, it's edible. If using both, I think the one on top decides. It can also be used to make Fire Bundles by the Bundling Shed. It can also be used by the Distillery to make Spirits (also need Glassware & Furnace Fuel).
