Colonial charter steel tools
Can you not make steel tools anymore in CC. I tried under the blacksmith but it isnt there. Is it done somewhere else

You need to upgrade the blacksmith. There's a little icon on the info box. It takes some advances materials though.

You can make Steel tools at the upgraded Blacksmith. There is usually someone from the Black Liquid Team on the chat room at colonialcharter.com who can answer your questions right away :)
