Symbols over buildings?
New at this. What are the symbols over my houses? All of them have what looks like a snowflake

That means there is no fuel in the home, so the people in there can't get warm.

There are some other symbols that are important to know:
upwards arrow with a bar above: Limitty reached. (Usually for things like chapels that can't take more people, but also if your building cannot produce more of its resource due to limits. I think it also happens if *all* your barns are full to the brim.)

Question mark: No worker assigned.

Circle with a diagonal bar (strike-through): Missing resources for production. (Like if a tailor can't get the wool or leather needed to make clothes.)

Pause symbol (two vertical bars): This building is on pause. (Either while being built or for produc tion)

There's also a demolition symbol (tools?), but I don't quite recall what it looked like.

To go along with the snowflake, it also will appear over your people if they are stranded and cold. There are also several symbols that will appear over the heads of your people: Hammer - if they are working without a tool. Spoon and Knife - if they have no food.

There's also that white cross on red background (or was it the other way around?) that shows your citizen is sick. And a question mark on yellow background informing you that this bannie hasn't got a workplace that fits their profession.

Ahhh yes, I had forgotten about the question mark signifying no workplace and the one signifying a sick bannie. If I recall it is a red background but I sort of thought it was a skull and crossbones. But maybe that's just my wild imagination:steamhappy:

It's indeed a skull and bones on red background for sick people :)
