Your people and their wagon start on a tiny piece of land that is almost an island. There is one very thin, long piece of land connecting to a larger section of land.

Water World
You start on a small island almost in the middle of the sea. You can get off it by building a bridge connecting to another tiny island and then building from there to get to the mainland.
Sure wish there was on updated version of Colonial Charter that had ships that could ferry people across bodies of water like the teamster ports in Tropico 6

Found this one when playing vanilla Banished but is exactly the same on CC. You start on a small peninsula and have to build bridges just to expand further. The only starting advantage is that you're very close to water, so fishing is easy. The lake in this map seed is enormous for being valley's and not water world. It takes some doing to prosper on this map, but I managed to get a lot of achievements on it despite that

Extremely difficult. Start on a tiny island next to another, tinier island. Very few trees, rocks, and iron ore. Had to use dock drift wood finder for the first couple of seasons while using a reed farmer to make fire bundles. Things got easier once I created a forester, but to get stone for that I needed to make a stone mine. Also had to make iron mine for iron ore to make crappy rough tools. Also, needed herbalist badly.
Things were starting to get better until one of my people died in the iron mine, because "crushed by rock" is the most common f-u-c-k-ing cause of death in this game. Mind you, I was starting on shipwreck hard, not that having a farm or ranch on such limited space would've made things easier anyway...
Doesn't look that hard. Too many people to start with. Whats the tree seed for?
Have you tried Jack and Jill? It can be found within Red Ketchup mod, RKEC
