Crash Upon Launch [SOLVED]

This happens every time I launch the game, before i even get past the menus, the game crashes. It does this with or without mods.

This happening to anyone else?

Might be your direct X setting, Direct x 9 seems to be more stable, 11 always causes issues with my game.

Only other thing I can think of is it might be your system. Do you meet the requirments to play the game? Yes I know you have 48 hours in game so it must have worked at somepoint.

What does the crash dump file say. They aren't very readable, however, recently someone had this problem and the file mentioned software he had (that I had never heard of) and sure enough, it was creating a conflict.

Be careful what you download, boys. Some program called "Plays.tv" was launching with my games as some kind of third-party steam rip off. It was conflicting with Banished. I uninstalled it, restarted my comp and everything was fine. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
