Megamod Pack - Wont load

I've been playing with this Modpack enabled just fine for the 50 horus i've had this game, tried to load up the game tonight and kept just getting a black screen. After restarting the PC and trying to load the game a bunch of times i disabled all mods in the launch options and the game loaded fine. Now when i try to enable the mod again its just black screening instead of going to the little loading screen. Tried numerous times to enable the mod and left it for a few minutes on the black screen just incase it was loading. I've seen a few posts from people saying the game wont load with this mod pack installed etc but it WAS running fine for all this time. Any ideas on a fix? Nothing has changed with my PC specs and as far as i can tell no updates to anything either.

i have the same problem, and when i can get it to load it crashes my game, unfortunately it doesn't work for everyone, dont seem to be much you can do about it though :((

Have you tried waiting for up to 10 minutes or more? Sometimes it doesn't just take a long time to load, but a REALLY long time.

the MegaMod is a collection of mods all rolled into a HUGE mod... yes it takes a long, very long time to load....

The first time I loaded the mod it took maybe 10 minutes to load, the second time was also long but not as bad. Now it takes about 2 minutes to load to the game and another minute or two to load up my save.

Thanks for the replies guys, i had left it for around 5 minutes but didnt have the patience for ten lol. I eventually found a fix last night, i enabled 2 small mods, reloaded the game and enabled the megamod, that seemed to fix it. Megamod on its own caused a presumuably indefinite black screen. Enabling megamod second i had black screen for maybe 5 seconds before the loading icon showed up (had a couple minutes wait at this point). Hope this can maybe help a few others, i tried this on my sons PC that was having the same issue and got the same result.
