VEHICLES?!

I know this topic has been mentioned many times and the answer has mainly been 'no' , 'it would not work' etc.... But if you think abbout it the game needs something new , something that will make the battles more fun or more immersive.... So why not add a vehicles?

Now what i was thinking is that for every map both teams wont have a tank, if not if we are playing on the Vosgues Map then the triple entente have the chance to have a vehicle maybe a Renault F1 or a British Mark 1 Female tank... The vehicle would obviously be slow since it was actually slow and has weakspots that can make the tank be immobilised or destroyed by the officers artyllery or by heavy anti tank grenades, the weaponry in the tank : the machineguns might overheat etc....

I know it sounds difficult to implement in the game , but to be honest the game needs something new cuse people are starting to get tired of always the same story in the game....

But i admit that, maybe, in long long long long term, a couple of tanks in a 32 vs 32 map would be worth a try.

Personally I dont think it would work with this game, I mean the game is designed for hardcore infantry v infantry combat which is why I love the game, if you're looking for a ww game with vechs you should try red orchestra 2, its in ww2 but it has tanks but I think thats it, besides that I can only really think of bf1

We agree! After we release the console version we're definitely going to add a lot more, though vehicles arent that likely.

Now this right here is the only reason im looking forward to BF1. Because when it comes out, all the annoying vehicle obsessed people will move on and we will never hear from them again(we can only pray). But seriously, these threds need to stop. It should be a banable offence at this point IMO.

Honestly, I could imagine some other game mode where Entente is supporting an AI tank and Central is trying to destroy it.

Though, that's up to the devs. No way we're gonna be able to drive it, though.

Vehicles were barely used on the fronts except for the beginning of the war, simply because they would get stuck easily, same goes with horses they were only used in the beginning of the war. Tanks were only used in offensives at the end of the war when they started to be mass produced.

The answer is always no to these threads, because they just won't work.
