PS4 control issues
Here I have two annoy problems about sprinting and one about reloading and one about NCO command. Please share some of your wisdom here. Thanks in advance! I am new to the game and I'd like to make some friends to play with on Aussie server.

1. After sprinting for a short while (still have a lot of stamina left), I stay still in any posture (say in a shell hole in NML), then I push my left stick (without clicking the stick) to move slowly so I can get a sneaky peek out, the game thinks I want to sprint and sure enough my character just f*****g sprints out against my will. The only way to go around it for for now is to push left stick backward so the game thinks you are in normal motion now since you really can't sprint backward then push left stick forward to get the move done.

2. I am not sure if this was by design or not, but if I have say about 20% stamina left, I stop for a moment then I resume sprinting wishing to use the 20% entirely, the game would not let me sprint, I can only stay on walking speed until more stamina is recovered.

3. Again not sure if this was by design, it appears some rifles and pistols can be reloaded on the move but some can not as start of motion resets the reload action. For example, from my memory, Webley is one such can not be reloaded while walking while Webley-Scott is ok, Gew98 can't be reloaded while moving but Kar98AZ can.

4. I use left and right triggers for arty/gas/UAV and aura, it appears triggers responses are very inconsistent, sometimes one trigger pull gets the job done but sometimes not (I then have to hold the trigger or spam pull to get the order out).

Yeah, i did mention that to one of the Developers about the Sprint.

They have a default "Toggle Sprint", but i think they should give you a "Push Sprint" option, in so that you only sprint while keeping it pushed in, instead of this click and sprint stuff.

I personally use push sprint on BF as well. It just feels less cumbersome, and with stamina, it's really needed. Shouldn't be a hard thing for them to implement.

Assuming your "Toggle" means click. You are saying it was designed to resume sprinting by pushing stick forward (No clicking needed)? That is really odd in a FPS consisdering click to sprint is like the standard these days.

No, what i'm saying, is you would just sprint as long as keep the button pushed in, and stop when you don't have it pushed in. That's sort of the "classic" way of doing things (and BF still has that option that i use).

Right now, you you click it, and it's off to the races, and when click it again to stop, he's crouching, or you have to double click it etc. It just seems a pain, and sometimes takes more stamina than its worth.

Also, i've noticed these current gen controllers are just way too sensitive, and people with bigger hands like myself it causes issues.

On One, i use Cronus, and my 360 controller which is much better (and also mine the buttons and sensitivity to my liking). When you have these small sticks, and ultra sensitive triggers, it just fouls things up, at least for me.

Also, as an aside, make sure you go to "graphics" and have your "V Sync" set to "on", meaning there's a check next to it.

1. Yes we will add a different sprint option and not only toggle.
2. This is by design. you need to have a certain threshold
3. I think this problem is caused by the fact that you are still in sprint mode and you can't reload while sprinting. This will be improved next patch
4. We will have to look into this.

Ah ha. I see. Thanks Rangers and Matt. I think my questions have been splendidly answered. It has been good game so far for me if not for these little confusions. However it was more frustrating that so few local players use Aussie server, I had to play on US or EU server for full games. Usually with about 350ping or so. Getting shot in cover, missing point blank and kills register delay are the usual stuff. Lol, I even got a footage of me luger bashing a dude twice to no avail then emptied a mag into him (landing one shot) then got murdered haha...
