- a vaulting system instead of bunny jump
- more supression effect at least for mgs so you can properly cover your comrads
- the ability to hold E for 5 secs to get out of barbed wire (while doing this you can't fire)
- the ability to hold E to help a teamate get out of barbed wire (it would take 2 or 3 secs)
I wouldn't mind also more immersion :
- better sounds (for exemple of bullets passing near you, death scream synchonised with the animation, etc.)
- a better suppression effect and weapon sway when you're under fire (mostly under arty or grenades)
If realistic mechanics serves immersion or encourage teamplay it's fine for me.
The other animations, the models are already realists and historically accurate.
Tested Screaming steel, meh.
Maybe the next red orchestra would be about ww1.
Pretty much my thoughts. And as Woeski said, Verdun would either have to be completely rebuilt from the ground up or be an entirely different game in order to be considered realistic.
