Playing on Epic - Issue with account data getting reset:

This will be apart of the V318.28569 Update for Epic - please try verifying the game or restarting the Epic Games Launcher if you do not see an update!

The Dev Team has figured out one potential cause to your account's data (levels, career points, and some stats) getting reset. Appears that the Epic authentication might be taking too long to process before the game loads your data from previous sessions / the Cloud.

Unfortunately however your old progress is lost because it likely got corrupted by not having the proper authentication before the game loaded your data, but any new progress made after this update -should- not be lost or reset now.

You may experience a little longer loading time on the Title Screen when you start up the game while we allow more time for the authentication to process fully. (The first screen with Verdun / Tannenberg)

If you're still having issues with your account being reset, please share your player logs!

The log files can be found here depending on which Operating System you're running Epic on. Note: there are two, the Player.log and Player-prev.log, please share both of them.

Not getting career points when leveling up

Playing on epic. My account data has gotten reset a couple times and now I'm not getting career points when leveling up. Any fix for this?

The Devs have been trying to fix the issue of your account's level/points/stats getting reset.

There isn't a way to recover your lost data unfortunately. However any points you've already used haven't been reset AFAIK.

Altho, I think, the reason why you're not getting any more points is because you have already used more points than what you're supposed to be getting per level up again.

I had over 80 spare career points and when my progress got reset they were gone too. And since I can't earn new ones, I can't unlock other weapons.

Also why does this game kick me out when I have "too high ping". I have always had ♥♥♥♥♥♥ connection but never a game kicked me out of the match. This "high ping" happens momentarily and it is not a consistent thing. Really frustrating.

Plz can someone help me with this problem. I play on epic and my acc: AD637264. Got my acc resets 2 times. The first time was at lvl 40 something and the second was at lvl 16

I cant seem to get any more career points even as I level up after getting my progress wiped. I had over a 100 career points... is there anyway to get them back?

THIS KEEPS HAPPENING. Every time I launch the game there is a high chance of progress getting reset AGAIN. It has happened to me at least 7 times, now.
