Actually, I wish the game was a bit different and did not make co-op points so important. Some like to play with total stangers. Some get tired of playing with the same people. I wish that co-op points were not used at all in public matches as the higher level squads tend to dominate there. If you check the most competitive and expert Verduners in tournaments, they agree to all play at the same squad level.
I have a secret list of things I dislike about Verdun and the co-op system with what it entails for artiillery and even uniforms is near the top of that. It would take an overhaul of the game to change all this, but even the best ever Verduners balance squad levels in competitive tournaments.
It is one thing for a new person in the game to face a team with better artillery, but it is worse than that for higher level imbalance. The top squads also reload faster and aim better. Is that fair? Not in the least.
Reaching team level 100 takes time and effort. I suppose those willing to play together for months and years should have some reward but not at the cost of wrecking the game for everybody else.
*i play with just about any and everybody in this community and have over 1,000 hours here. i only recently reached "War is better with Friends I" which requires 10K co-op points. Multiply that 25 times to reach "War is better with Friends IV" which almost all veterans lack.
I would prefer to play with total strangers and to greet new Verduners instead of that achievement. Sorry, my friends.
If the NCO isn't dropping the order marker, and no one is working towards squad XP, it'll be a slow grind.
BTW playing the squad defence mode is a good way to gain squad xp quickly.
Playing 90% of my matches as NCO, I never use the order marker. (Since quite some time.)
Why?
I used it for quite some time. But still after using it for more than 2 years, I still played most times in a squad level of max. 10.
For a casual player not a benefit.
Easy way to find people you enjoy playing with is the ingame friends list, shows when they are online and if they have space in their squad. Makes rejoining a lot easier. If you click their name in the scoreboard and add them as a friend it will put them top of the list when they are online.

Tell this all casual players with thousands of hours played but still playing most time in a low level squad.
This was discussed so often in the past.
come up with such a complicated name
and how to address you?
