how to use artillery instead of mortars
I have been trying for days to understand which officer uses artillery, but I only find planes, smoke and mortars, I can not find artillery or gas

Artillery is the squad upgrade for mortars of line squads, Poilus, Doughboys, Tommies and Landser.

Gas is the callin of the assault squads, Canadians and Stosstruppen.

It's a Co-Op upgrade, which you get from playing with the same people in the same squad. (Gaining co-op XP, aka green bonus points, which level up the squad.)

Doesn't matter what the squad type is, who created the squad, or the name of the squad. Matters who is in the squad.

You can find former squadmates in your in-game friends list, and by looking for a little green number by their rank/level on the scoreboard. (Zero means you've played a single match with someone before, and goes up from there.)

It costs me a bit to understand, is the experience cumulative? I mean, if I'm with a teammate in a squad, I'll win half the experience. The next day, if I play with another person, will I keep the experience gained the day before with the other person?

You will keep it, but it wont be applied to the squad unless you play with them again.

It's a bit unfair, I do not usually play with friends ... I guess I'll always play with low-level things :/

There's an ingame friends list which shows all people online who you have co-op xp with:

Yes, the problem is that I am very bad, I do not know if people like to play with me all the time :P

Sometimes when I am an officer and I have mortar fire I hit several targets, or with the precision rifle I get far behind and I manage to kill some, but in close combat I always get very nervous and they kill me a lot of times
