computer error or game error?

so like I just downloaded the game like an hour ago give or take I have a basic ASUS notebook pc it's barely a year old I got it for xmas of 2024 so it's like brand new and I also use opera GX cause I use it's discord feature and because it helps me a lot so the game just crashes or "stops working" at the loading screen I haven't even made it to the title screen yet so is this a computer issue or a game issue please help

You could always turn down the graphical settings on the beginning screen before you hit the title screen.

What're your computer specs?

Idk tbh I'm not very good with tech like at all I'm looking at the box it came in but I'm not seeing anything about specks rn and when I mean I haven't reached the beginning screen I really mean I haven't reached it I'm either stuck on the very first loading screen you get when you first open the game or it crashes completely and very recently cleared out all of my like icons on my homescreen I had to completely shut down my computer to fix it idk if that's also a glitch or not
