I LOVE THIS SILLY GAME!!! super excited to see it get updates and get big!! :D

I love this game its like tomodachi life and animal crossing had a non greedy baby. My favorite parts are the character creator, and making my gay evil furry with a gummy bear hat fall in love with the nonbinary gay loner twink vampire with a chopped hair cut and having the lesbian witch with eyes too big for her skull fall in love with the gossiping green alien. Best yuri and Yaoi stories ever. I also fully ship the bug goth and the anti corporation gardener. My least favorite part is that i cant put my furry characters in maid dresses, and the little room creation options.

I think that you have to temper your expectations when playing this game. It's free, it's still in development, it's early access. It is by no means a perfect game, but what's there is really promising. As someone who played Tomodachi Life just so I could make my favorite fictional characters get into silly situations and be friends/kiss each other, this game definitely scratches that itch. It's missing some core features that would really help the game's longevity, but it's still being worked on so I don't hold that against it at all. The character creator is great and allows you to make pretty much anything, and the fact you can have same-sex romance here already makes it exactly what I wanted from a Tomo Life successor. There's still a lot more for them to add, but right now it's pretty fun for what I wanted out of it. The only thing that is kind of a problem for me that could be fixed is the UI feels very unintuitive at times, lots of things are hidden in menus and then the icons that you're meant to click on aren't always immediately clear what their function is. I could really use some more card games to play with my islanders, I'd probably spend 800 hours in this game if I could play poker at a table with my islanders.
