No Russian dub either.
Turn of FSR. You'll probably notice the shimmering gets much worse.
Now turn screen space global illumination off and turn on HBAO. Suddenly, no shimmering.
I'm not really a big fan of GSC's obsession with making everything look like an awful ReShade preset.
Somebody mentioned turning AA off. Don't know if that'll fix it. I haven't played any of these "Enhanced" Editions.
I guess I should be glad then or else I'd probably be having a hard time like some others. Thing is, I don't blast every graphic setting and disable stuff I couldn't care less about.
Seems to help every, if not all the time. Just tweak stuff around and see what sticks
Seems to be something causing this "Blurry" crap. Someone said to turn off AA, but it seems you did do that and also have stuff on Ultra.
Not on your end, most likely just not optimized perfectly or so. Tweak some stuff, lower stuff, dance around those settings (if you really want to bother) and see what happens.
But if anything, stick with the OG versions, the way I see it (for now)
