Those are actually just the smash and grab missions that they've been showing. The actual massive missions will be a series of 5-6 mission played in a row with there difficulty and results directly tied together. I like this idea personally as it allows for a single mission chain to take the same amount of time as a good mission from payday, but allows them to make sweeping changes to the level because we will have level loads, as well it gives players a break or rest between nonstop action or suspence.
There will be NO micro-transactions in PAYDAY 2!

I feel the same way. Excited about Payday 2, new hesists, and cool looking things. But I hope all the new RPG elements don't take away from the intensely enjoyable gameplay that makes us love Payday.
