how to get some of the christmas presents?

I already have the achievement (and ingame challenge) from overdrill of course, but i wonder how we should get some of the other presents like on green bridge, panic room or no mercy?
I see no way to go there.

Jump. On No Mercy it's on the right of the door that leads morgue, so you can't get it if you go to the roof.

You can only do it with falling. The one on panic room you jump from the panic room or the fire escape next to it. On GB you jump from the front side of the top of the scaffolding.
