Just finished GRIS, and wow what a beautiful game. Then learned that Nomada also made this, so would love to see it on GOG as well!

Went for too long. I did it all in one sitting and exhausted myself out. I think it was too long at 5-5.5 hours. I started getting frustrated waiting for the game to end it just kept going. Eventually it ended and I was like GOOD. My favorite part towards the end was the dolphin swimming

This depends on devs/publishers decision. GOG allows them to add achievements to their games. GOG even has some kind of wrapper or SDK allowing easier porting achievements from Steam IIRC.

So lack of achievements on GOG is entirely develope's/publisher's decision to treat GOG and their clients there as second class by offering them lacking version of their products.

And yes, Grison GOG has no achievements.I'd really prefer to have them but I can live without.

GRIS does have in game achievements on GOG though, just not Galaxy achievements. Not sure which Zepondrax was referring to.

My answer is: To give the developer/publisher more money for their masterpieces to make more masterpieces!
