Keep dying to giant hog in Autumn Part II

For some reason the dodge animation isn't long enough. I am being contantly hit on my way out of the hog. Am I doing something wrong?

Just ran into this and am feeling the same way... Feels like the hitbox on the boar is way too big and there aren't enough i-frames on the roll?

EDIT: A ground roll won't cut it here. You have to time a double jump dash through the boar... Not sure why they went this way, but I've just done it twice through a charge on stream/video, and it worked without getting hit...

dodge the tusks by doublejumping when it charges at you, then dashing. Takes timing but once you figure it out it's doable. I found dash over-all easier by using the right trigger button instead of B.

Jump + dash (before its tusks) + jump combo helped me more than doublejump+dash. Try it too

You just have to jump and air dash rather than just dodge, once you've done it and it clicks then it is easypeasy.
