Option to remove Film Grain Effect
Hello,

If any developers are reading this, would it be possible to add an option to remove or adjust the film grain effect?
Personally, I find it way too strong. I couldn't finish the first chapter because every time there were dark areas, it was too jarring and distracting for me.

Thank you for considering this!

Option to turn it off/on would be appreciated!

agreed. motion blur and film grain are the first thing i always turn off in games. never saw the purpose of these features.

Hi, I would really like this too,. Though I really appreciate the artist's original intent, I personally would like to remove it or tone it down to reduce the visual noise onscreen. Thanks for the excellent game Sippy, please pass thanks and congratulations for a beautiful work of art along to the team.

The film grain effect is especially horrible on Steam Deck, it kinda ruins the OLED screen.
Same with the very high bloom in some areas, it washes the whole screen down. A shame.

Motion blur makes a game looking smoother on low framerates.
It can be useful on lower end hardware and consoles.

Hello,
I'm a bit late, but thank you very much for adding the option to adjust/remove the film grain effect. I'm not disappointed to have waited because I just finished it, and the game is visually stunning.
Thanks again!
