I'm pretty sure none of the mods for VS have worked for a while now actually.

Personally, I would love to see someone mod in the members of KoMETA Virtual Live (Elaine, Miria and Virgil). Wasn't able to watch them that much, but the VTuber space is a little more lonely without them.
every game which has a steam workshop has here and there rules in place aswell.
so could the dev state here that such things are not allowed since the game is a non-profit game.
so, therefore mods should be freely accessable.
problem solved.
the thing is, who will moderate it then afterwards is the question since peoples will probably throw tons of mods around. i mean, theres a solution for that aswell, just dont allow links in the mod description and comments and it would work too. but then peoples could still write their patreon down etc. xD
but yea, in the end is it possible to avoid this paywall stuff.
