Ollie gets multiple free revives and can convert HP into massive ATK buffs through them, and she gets +50% free haste and speed at full uptime if you keep grabbing bags, and she practically has a 2nd ult in her Ninjitsu.
Fauna can block many hits even back to back, she has lots of built in heals, and she converts heals into large amounts of damage. The new Jinji Super Collab can heal her multiple times a second by itself without even needing an item slot.
You can describe pretty much anyone to make them sound broken, but you need to consider their downsides. Anya has to stick to melee unless you want to lose power from her melee synergy, and pick up range is just bad so synergizing with it isn't nearly as useful as synergizing with something like heals, and once she does start getting hit she dies fast because a lot of her damage is baked into a skill that loses stacks if she takes damage. Anya is good, but she's not flawless and nowhere near broken.
But I like Choco, a lot of her kit is healing, that alognside her charm had pretty much my whole screen charmed at many points, even without using her ultimate as a gtfo jail free card.
cannot find out
which character more uptime less down side sort1-5 ?
-Strongest damage amp skill in the game. Up to 150% more damage taken on proximity to her. This damage amp is a debuff, so it's an entirely separate modifier from stuff like Gorilla Paw, Facemask, Injection and the like. With the right setup, you can flatten a boss in under 5 seconds without a Marking stamp. My record in patch 0.5 was 2.11 seconds on the Stage 2 Hard boss.
-An AOE proc on basic attacks that can outdamage special attacks from other members. 600% per proc, and it can proc several times in a single attack. Adding a Beetle to it will make it hit even harder. It also charges her special.
-Really short downtime on her own special that both does a massive amount of damage, gives damage reduction, and locks down most bosses so you can stand in front of them to punch their brains out and make full use of her damage amp. I mean what other member can use their special every 5-10 seconds or have near infinite uptime on it with the right items?
-3 Debuffs built into her awakened basic attack that either slow, reduce damage output, or make enemies take even more damage.
-Shes also one of the few characters that can be built any which way and still be incredibly strong. You can build her with crit, raw damage, and even as a tank just fine. Hell, I even ran a meme build that uses the Speed and Unit Stamps (a grand total of 90% less damage on your main weapon) and her kit still worked. The only item she can't reliably take is the Injection since her passive healing skill can't keep up with 5% hp lost per second.
As for downsides... You have to aim her main weapon. Thats it. I can't think of anything else.
Anya is actually broken bacause her sleep can give you up to 50% damage reduction buff + Breastplate gives 25% damage reduction buff (30% if super) + Body Pillow gives 10% damage reduction buff (15% if super) + shop upgrade can go up to 15% damage reduction buff.
damage reduction is a multiplicative so it should give you around 70% damage reduction. and while you have this 70% damage reduction you also heal 15% per 2 second, and all you need is to add other healing such as Devil Horn, Jingisukan and full meal + headphone for miss chance.
with that you basically can leave your holocure open on second tab even in stage 3(myth).
here is the damage reduction calculation link:

She's the only one that's crashed the game for me.
In normal mode it doesnt matter what char you play, but if it comes down to hardcore. Gura would be the best choice since her whirlpools can soak waves of enemies charging from sides, giving you a lot of space to avoid damage.
Beetle is also very strong on her.
