Activation Key

Hey everyone having trouble Activating my Key on Ubisoft Connect, the Key Steam Provided me with does not work and i keep getting the same error over and over again. Can anyone help with this?

Any updates on whats going on? i keep getting the 'ubisoft server unavailable' problem while trying to put in the activation key.

Yeah I'm having the same problem as well. I tried to contact via twitter but they are realy slow on the response.

it's surprising how if you add one letter the key error changes by the server but when you enter the right key it goes we are unable to register this game ( few signs of scums )

i contacted support on facebook and well LOL
refund might be the only solution
(the time stamp is in danish)

Guys, I had the same problem, I contacted support and nothing was resolved. What I did was just turn off my router for a few minutes and turn it on again and I managed to activate the key, make sure the Steam account is linked with the Ubisoft account so you don't have any other problem.

i just did the same thing and it worked for me to. Just turn off the router wait few min turn it back on and try again.

So friend, it worked with me and with the others who tested it too, another said they fixed it, I tried everything and oddly enough after the restart of my router it worked. It's not possible that it's a coincidence that they fixed it right away, I did it and the others too, try, if it doesn't work, just ask for a refund.
