Report a translation problem
there is an article published at the same date (13th july) of the update, saying if you are having issues connecting to kenway fleet, try unlinking and relinking your related platform account. it also says "please ensure that the Private information section of your Ubisoft account profile contains your full information, such as your name, gender, country, etc." I tried both to no avail.
as I said, a bunch of inepts.
I've tried both as well and it didn't work. I sent a support ticket and they told me the same thing. They need to realize this a Ubisoft issue, not a player issue.
You may wanna check, too.
I exited Uplay and after restarting it it downloaded and installed an update.
I was able to play rest of the game, now I cannot play at all :/
What bothers me is the unreability of Ubisoft's service.
Next time I will simply wait. A few hours or a day. Nothing an end user / gamer can change.

it says here the server are running, yet when i try to get to the kenway fleet it says it cannot connect to the servers, any idea?
Hi! We've identified an issue that means you guys are unable to connect to our servers. I do not have further information at the moment and I am really sorry that this is happening, As soon as there is an update, we will let you guys know.
