R6025 - Pure virtual function call (Visual C++ Runtime Error)

Does anyone know what trigger this issue?
It happen twice and if I remember correctly it was at the start of a scripted event.

1. during hunt of the assassin (Tutorial)
2. during shooting at the Governors home in Havanna.
