Hey there Kryw Wowoczey,
Thanks for reaching out!
Sorry to hear you're having control issues.
Do you have any other USB peripherals plugged in when playing at all?
Does jumping work when just using Space? Is it only when attempting to Leap of Faith you run into issues?

Hello Berry
When i'm playing I only have my mouse and keyboard plugged in, nothing else.
Yes, when I press space once, the hero jumps in one place. But when I do the combination of W(moving forward)+hold shift+press Space, he doesn't jump off the cliff or do leap of faith.
Thank you for taking the time out to share this update.
So we can see exactly what you see, would it be at all possible to share with us a link to a video?
Many thanks,
- Ubisoft Support
same issue here
if I use the original keyboard, I can do Leap of Faith through w+shift+space, but using a keyboard plugged in, it doesn't work anyway. Only if I switch 180 and press s+shift+space, which works but is weird and not convenient.
By the way, it didn't happen when I play AC2, BH, and revolution. perhaps the shift button function originally belongs to the right mouse button?
I'm sorry that you're having this issue as well.
Could you please test the following:
- Plugin your keyboard to a different USB port, restart PC and try again
- If you remap the controls, does the issue persist?
Please let us know, so we can have a better idea of the situation.
Thank you very much.
