60 fps lock is a headache
Anyone that has a refresh rate over 60hz has to suffer if they want to play black flag it hurts my eyes to play with a 144hz monitor with free sync. idk if i can stomach the almost stuttering visuals constantly.

yeah takes some getting used to thats for sure but thats what happens when you use a super computer to play pong lol. modern pc's just struggle with older games as they were coded with diff hardware and software caps in mind.

Nah. This game ran like garbage even using age appropriate hardware back when it came out.
