Grand Inagua treasure map has disappeared

I went to Grand Inagua to get the map which worked, but when i went to Nassau to collect the treasure, i realised that i couldn't get it. i watched a guide and went to the right area and still couldn't get it. Turns out the treasure map isn't in my inventory. I can't recollect it at Grand Inagua either. Because of this i can't 100% the game. Has anyone got any solutions?

I'm not really sure what's happened but it seems like it automatically gave me the treasure chest unlock. I don't recall if I ever got the reales from the chest but I have the ability to purchase the grey sails which is the unlock for the chest.
Also, every location has been completed including great Inagua so I guess it was just a glitch as the game appears to have completed the chest for me. I have only two chests to go so I'm assuming they both must be from keyways fleet as the map section from the tool menu has been removed
