Report a translation problem
So, the reason this has happened is because you recently had a duplicate of the game added to your account - you've had this game for years, right?
Without getting specific (as we're on a public forum), it looks like a more recent version of the game was recently added to your account.
Because of this, the most recent version is conflicting with your save as it was created on the older "version" of the game. I hope this makes sense!
We can get this resolved for you, but you'll need to {LINK REMOVED}create a case as we'll need to go through some verification with you first. Feel free to let us know when you have done so, and we'd be happy to help.

What is strange is that I also created a new save with my new install.
I created a ticket (same usename, I guess you can find it), so i'm free to answer here for any question !
So what did they tell you to do because i have the same problem ?
