Report a translation problem
Well I'm glad it works for some people.
Unfortunately it still doesn't work for all, myself included.
My story:
- I bought AC4 Black Flag Standard back in 2020, but installed it only recently.
(purchase made on Steam)
- I've just activated it with the standard key in Uplay Launcher and launched the game just to verify if the install works
(@Ubi: what an inconvenient idea to use additional software btw)
- The sale on Steam started, so I bought the Season Pass for a better experience
- The DLCs downloaded on Steam
- I launched the game and nothing, still vanilla AC4
- Copied the Season Pass key from Steam and pasted into Uplay's "Activate Key"
It seemed as it registered - no real confirmation appeared, but no error either.
- Still no DLC content in-game.
Checking integrity didn't help, reinstall didn't help.
- Trying to paste the same key into Uplay or within the game returns the error saying that "the key is already activated for this account".
Well then it should work now, huh? But no.
- Tried contacting Ubi support - ticket: 14322328.
Long story short they told me that Steam is responsible and that the keys don't match.
How come? I bought them both here on Steam, so I am at a loss.
- Steam support has offered me a refund, sure, but that's not the ask really.
What I wish for is the game with the DLCs working.
Summing up, it's not a very convenient place to be, stuck between two support teams unable to get at the root of the problem.
Can you please communicate between yourselves and sort this out?

P.S. I got literally all installments of Assassin's Creed bought here on Steam besides Valhalla and each one of them works well, all DLCs are where they should be.
Problem happened again, ubisoft connect is not willing to give the content, connected the keys and did everything. Cannot contact for a refund since it is pass the 14 day/2 hour limit.
