Freedom Cry DLC Achievements bugged
My achievements don't pop for me after huge tries and still nothing, i have 100% sync...Is anyone else with this problem too?

I found out that if you use that file to get the weapon audio to work the achievements don't pop. I was trying forever to get the Firepower achievement, thought I did something wrong, so I ignored it for a while, until I freed 500 slaves, and even that achievement didn't pop.
I then restored the original file, went in game, saved a couple of slaves, and voila... same for the Firepower one.

So, it's likely because you're also using that file, the achievements don't pop for you.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, it is not a known issue.

We are also unable to manually unlock any achievements for you.

This could be related to a connectivity issue or background applications.

Please perform a clean boot of your system. You can do this through the steps provided in the support article here.[support.ubi.com]

However this may not work as you have already completed the requirements to unlock the achievements.

Ok, Thanks for the attetion..

I had to figure out how to solve it myself, and the problem was related to the need to link the steam account to the uplay account and I simply removed the link on the account and the achievements unlocked on my own, I can't explain why this happened, I just know I tried everything before and nothing worked and only this last way it worked fine, anyway I think it would be better if you removed this need to have the steam account linked on uplay, since the game was registered on uplay I don't see why having to open the game via uplay only if you have steam open.

I'm pleased to hear that the achievements have unlocked for you.

All Ubisoft games on Steam will require you to login to the Uplay launcher as the games are registered to your Ubisoft account.

I have it bugged as well and I dont have the AC4 on steam. I have it on uplay (ubisoft connect) only. It did not gave me achievement for liberating 500 slaves neither for finishing the game. Really annoying.

its the dlc version or the standalone freedom cry?? because the dlc version its very bugged and ubiteam have no time to help with this because they are too busy to fix the new ac and watchdog legion

I dont know how to answer correctly. I had a AC 4 BF and few months ago I bought this:

Ahhh so u have the freedom cry dlc and the trophy still locked because the uplay is not recognizing the dlc but u can play normally in my case I had to unlink my steam account on uplay launch so that the trophys unlock

I dont know if it is going to help because I dont need steam to run this game. In other words I need only ubisoft client to play this game but yes I have it linked with my steam account...

Well... then you have much better experience with them than myself lol :D It usually takes like a week to get a respond from ubisoft ticket or their forum, but what is even worse is what they say as respond to it. They will start to look for a mistake somewhere in your system. Just yesterday I was trying to fix their sound bug (Adewales weapon makes no sound). It turned out thet Ubisoft forgot to add some sound file into the standalone dlc. Fix? Yeah there is a fix read there...

Currently I am playing AC Origins and I have some problems that they promised to fix in 2018 and we are already in 2021 and the game still broke and remains unpatched

That is crazy... they make interesting games and fun to play but when you get into trouble you are on your own thats what suck about Ubisoft the most. No help at all, no support.

Sometimes the support helps but very slowly, nowadays it seems that they only care about earnings and not listening to consumers if they listened to us before making a game they certainly wouldn't sell so many broken games

As suggested by Keo above, Sometimes achievements or trophies can fail to unlock due to connectivity issues. After trying the steps on this connectivity article[support.ubisoft.com], could you try to unlock the achievement or trophy by playing the game and fulfilling all unlock conditions?
